The Role
As the Director of Graphic Design on the Communication Directors Board for the UF Panhellenic Council, I am responsible for the branding guide, all promotional materials and non-promotional graphics, and the merchandise look for everything related to UF Panhellenic. I oversaw a team of two graphic designers and helped teach them the Adobe Creative Suite and how to implement branding guides. When I first got the position, I was tasked with creating the vision for UF Panhellenic's online presence. I did so through creating a brand guide, designing key elements, and designing merchandise and social media graphics.

Recruitment Theme
After many brainstorming meetings with the team, we settled on a theme for the 2024 Panhellenic Recruitment cycle, "Embrace the Little Things." This was the guiding theme for all promotional materials during the months leading up to recruitment at the University of Florida. I began by designing a banner to be used on the website and social media platforms. I drew different elements that are symbols and words that are representative of the Panhellenic community.

Merchandise

I was asked to design the official merchandise for the Panhellenic Council from concept to final product. I decided to include the classic UF identifiers, gators and the Century Tower landmark. After many drafts of illustrations, the final products resulted in over 275 items sold.
